Leonard Slatkin will conduct two programs with the New York Philharmonic at the Bravo! Vail Music Festival, the orchestra’s summer home-away-from-home since 2003. The first concert, on July 26, features Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 5 and cellist Zlatomir Fung performing Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme. The second concert, on July 27, is a Sondheim celebration with mezzo-soprano soloist Isabel Leonard and baritone Emmett O’Hanlon.
