Leonard Slatkin is in Budapest working with the MÁV Symphony Orchestra, marking his first time conducting a Hungarian orchestra in his fifty-year career. He will lead the orchestra in John Corigliano’s Elegy, the Suite in F-sharp Minor by Ernst von Dohnányi, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3, “Eroica,” at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music.
