Leonard Slatkin’s concert with the National Symphony Orchestra Ireland and soloist David Fray will be broadcast live on RTÉ lyric fm and through the European Broadcasting Union. The performance on Friday, September 12 at 7:30pm (IST)/2:30 pm (EDT) features Cindy McTee’s Timepiece, Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 20, and Richard Strauss’s Ein Heldenleben. The Euroradio broadcast partnership exponentially extends the audience reach, welcoming four million listeners from across Ireland, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, and Latvia.

The European Broadcasting Union’s Euroradio Premium Concert Season is made up of a series of live concert broadcasts from the major concert halls across the world. These concerts are part of a specially curated season, hand-picked for inclusion by selected experts from across the 39 public service radio broadcasters in Europe. The objective is to share distinctive, high-quality music events from across the EBU membership.
