Leonard Slatkin and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra have been nominated for a GRAMMY Award in the Best Orchestral Performance category for the recording of Copland: Symphony No. 3; Three Latin American Sketches. Voting by members of the Recording Academy begins December 7 and ends December 21. Winners will be announced at the 60th GRAMMY Awards ceremony on January 28, 2018.
